Set up General rules

There are 3 ways you can set up ETA timing: based on different delivery methods, using different postal codes, and setting up for different countries.

• Delivery methods: This default option allows you to offer estimations based on various speeds or couriers. It's a versatile choice suitable for most merchants and products.

• Postal code delivery: Customize delivery timing by postal code areas. Ideal for local and domestic deliveries, this method includes a postal code validator. This prevents customers from adding items to their cart if their postal code is not covered by your delivery areas.

• Country shipping: Provide different delivery estimations for different countries. Perfect for merchants serving customers across areas.

Note that you currently cannot use all three methods at the same time, and each method can be set up individually. The settings interface will also change depending on the method you select."
